Kelly is a certified Yoga Teacher and Integrative Health Practitioner with a passion for helping others reconnect mind, body, and breath through movement, mindfulness, and holistic healthy living.
With over 20 years of experience in healthcare and community wellness, Kelly brings a gentle, supportive, and welcoming approach to her classes.
Kelly completed her Yoga Teacher (200Hrs) in 2009 and continues ongoing studies through local and online yoga and meditation trainings. In 2024, she completed Basic Stand Up Paddleboard and SUP Yoga Teacher certifications and is currently advancing her mind-body studies through Ka Chi Yoga Institute.
Kelly can often be found walking in the light of the sunrise at the lake with her pup or foraging in the forest. She looks forward to meeting you in the studio soon.
